The duration of the film should not exceed 3 minutes excluding the credits.

The film must be submitted as an MP4 with recommended quality of Standard HD (1280 X 720) or above.

The films will be judged on the basis of its relevance to the theme, creativity in the script, cinematography, audio FX, seamlessness of the edit.
