Guidelines:
The first round is an elimination round. Participants need to submit their recorded statement of max 2 minutes in .mp4 format. 
Final round will be conducted on an online platform on November 19, 2024. It will follow a round-table panel discussion framework. The topic of panel discussion will be announced 30 minutes prior to the event.
Criteria for judgment will be based on the content, relevance to the theme, confidence and expressions.
